i'm not meaning to bitch, all i said at the start was "here is the link to where this all originated" giving people a chance to see for themselves what was happening, for reference, information, and for help with multiple avenues to get the show. i thought it was weird to have this thread get to 3 pages long without any reference to it's origin. that's all i tried to do, and since then i've just been answering questions. Actually it was more like, "you know reece, you could have just.../condescending tone" As for multiple avenues, i posted the dime link as well as the zomb one and offered to help some people out, not out of ego or seeking cred or anything like that (if that's another attack on me) simply to try and help people out Whatever man, this thread has already gotten ugly, i probably shouldn't have added this post

sure reece didn't post the link ... but trev you didn't either? you didn't come over here and support the community over here - you were posting on netphoria when we were all over here ... so what was stopping you?
i've read the thread on netphoria, seen a few people say how dare we convert stuff to MP3 ... but geez ... least we are doing our fucking bit to help get music/shows/news out there to other fans without asking for a thing in return. think webspace grows on tree's and is for free. trev i've been trading for as long as you - i know the rules. if it was stated NO MP3's - i wouldnt have done it - so don't bad mouth me on netphoria please. i thought you, who has been here since day one, would know how much we do for people.
anyway if everybody is ok with this and said what they need to say, we can move on ... else as sad as it would be to do i'll have to close the thread.
cool.

AND Linda said that the show was not recorded, so its pretty good that this has come out i call bullshit.. there is no way billy would not have made a recording of this show... some unplayed songs, chicago songs, TFE acoustic songs, zwan song again, no real reason to record it...

i didnt mean you, i meant linda. I just dont think its possible for billy to have not recorded it.
And i hope that there is someone like a linda in the new pumpkins line up, someone small, wanting to be bigger, and want more fans.. they have their advantages...

Personally i can't really even tell the difference between flac and mp3 anyway, as long as the mp3 is like above 256kb/s. I can save my transfer limit for more important things. instead of wasting gb's on flacs
however i do understand why people like to keep it lossless, - because otherwise the community gets flooded with crappy copies of everything.
but people aren't trading cd's across continents now, or very rarely. we all have broadband practically, so its p2p and rapidshare etc now. cd quality is not important to me at all when i use an ipod, i haven't used a cd in about 2 years now, i have no need for it. and i think cd's will be phased out soon too

i used to buy an absolute shitload of cds... but now that i'm constantly broke its just downloading a zillion albums, and if something is on a good sale at jb i'll buy it. And downloading can still be buying music

if you use iTunes or something like that then yes... it's "buying and downloading" at the same time.

lol you'd struggle to find anyone that owns all the music they have.
i pay for good music, and i download music that i think i might like, but i dunno, as time goes on theres more and more stuff out there that i might have bought, but im glad i didn't as its all filler and no killer

But for file sharing, and bootlegs; thumbs up!
