I was just looking around yesterday for who the support would be. Must say that i don't know who Faker are, the name sounds vaguely familiar but no idea about the music.
Will go check out their site now. thanks.

You gave it away though! Would you have kept it? Bearing in mind it is Faker, and not a Matt Walker stick...

I must admit I don't know much of the faker material. But that song that has the "this is the way it goessSSssss!" hook is pretty rocking.
Strange booking as support though.

How did a person, whose dancing is worse then Elaine's "Little kicks", end up with my name?!

Ooh do tell the story! And is Simon jealous? oh you better belive it! the guy kept winking at bree, and then after the show waved to her and said 'goodbye'. after seeing them in brissie, my view changed of them ... they put on a good show and i really enjoyed it.

I thought Faker were quite good. They definately deserved more applause then they got, but fair enough, we weren't there to see them. We wanted Billy. It was funny how as soon as they left, the theatre filled up.
Eh, they were enegetic.

The actual music itself...I wasn't fussed about, but didn't strike me as overly unpleasant.
And I guess this is a bit weird, because he didn't do anything outright annoying I guess, but the lead singer really struck me as a tosser. Heh.

I actually thought they would be totally shit, but i must say they were ok. I didn't hate them which was good The little guitarist who was in front of me (very mellow, just stood there and focused on his playing) was cute, reminded me of a young Johnny Marr with his black short hair all messed up and skin tight black jeans *lol* And the drummer reminded me of Simon from Firefly, but not as cute, hehe. The singer needs to settle down a little, he was running around like a kid who had a litre of red cordial before he went on!
