Last time I was at the G, I was standing in a sea of ponchos getting furiously rained on. Ah, Melbourne.

Thats why I love your city ... every day is an adventure just because of the weather. Perth is so ... boring, even the weather. This week, the week before winter is has been 24 and Fine, 23 and Fine, 24 and Fine, 24 and Fine, 23 and Fine ... today is ... 24 and Fine. I think tomorrow might be 22 and cloudy ... and people will FREAK OUT!

Plus Flaming Lips! ... now I just need Manic Street Preachers to announce a Splendour show and then a Melbourne side show and everything will be AWESOME!

Lunch breaks with Josh are great ... we've done it. EVERYBODY should do it! Annnnnndddd .... speaking of Melbourne. Thought we'd share our plans with you all. Bree and I are planning on moving to Melbourne end of this year / start of next year. Im speaking with my work, who is now owned by this company: www.mitchells.com.au/ ... about a transfer. My work had one staff member move over (she was originally from melbourne) so they have been looking at starting up more of a presence in melbourne. I should know in about 2-3 weeks if there is a position for me. *fingers crossed* ... if I can't get anything, we are still going to go just be different. So yeah, "there my plans, how'd they sit with you" ... (that one is for Steve!)

that is exciting Brunky!
So I was in Melbourne today (sorry josh I was in meetings all day so I couldn't catch up) and I was really impressed. I haven't been to Melbourne since I was a kid and yeah I really loved it. I was based in Collins St (in the George building... 162 it was) and I had a chance to walk around in the morning because I arrived early. It just had a much nicer vibe than Sydney or even Canberra, people seemed more willing to get out of your way to avoid a collision and at least acknowledge your existence... But yeah I had forgotten how nice a place it was.

Good to hear Foxman! It is a great city ... I hear there are some good people living there too. Had a monthly staff meeting, boss made mention about he said they are looking at building it up over the next few months and then he said they are looking to get another person on for sales within the next 4-6 weeks to build it up after that. Which suits us not to get over there until end of the year. If we want to sell our house, we have to wait 12 months after we owned it (first home buyers grant etc) ... anyway. So end of the year suits us. Hopefully I hear something soon about what it could mean for us. But it is a positive sign to hear this.

Yeah Melbourne does indeed rule. It's where i'd be going if i left this place (Which could happen down the line)
Sydney didn't do it for me after living there in 07.

Its all settled, we'll all move to Melbourne. House: Ozphoria ... it will be like Big Brother, we'll have streaming camera's and sell memberships to pay for the rent. It will be like Animal House and other awesome college movies ... but way cooler!
