As the name of the thread says, welcome to my art gallery! In this thread I'll show off some of my vast range of beautiful images in my collection... Now, onto the grand opening exhibition! It's only short, but just think: it'll take less time to download to your computer! Josh's First Exhibition - The Lone Pumpkin[/size] This little beauty I like to call: Perception of a Pumpkin on a warm Spring day. ;D And this masterpiece I like to refer to as: Look ma, the sun is shining on the pumpkin outside my bedroom window. ;D Thank you for visiting folks, that will be all for now! But check back regularly for more exciting photographic exhibitions ;D

One of my favourites. And I know the "keep" feeling all too well. I usually walk to and from school - if I'm not lazy and get a lift that is - and there are some really beautiful natural scenes that I pass. I was walking past this big old tree, and I think one of its branches had been cut off a long time ago, and it had healed over. Anyway, it had one of those patterns like you see in cartoon trees...Umm, the best example I can think of is I remember seeing it in Winnie The Pooh. And I swear it looked like the tree had an eye! Like it wasn't freaky, like the tree was staring at me or something, but it looked full of wisdom and knowledge...Y'know, the kind you pick up only from standing in one place for years and watching the world pass you by It was cool. Wish I had my digicam with me at the time...Ah well. I've taken some absolute rippers of the sunset from my front verandah/porch. Maybe I should post some of them in here next... What do you guys reckon? Fans of sunsets? I am...

i like sunsets. the morning sun is really pretty too... when it's just coming through the trees at this time of year, and the grass is wet, and you get sun beams coming through the trees.
but the best sky i've seen is on the way to uni when it's a clear day.
i drive down this big hill, and it overlooks adelaide. you can see so so far... atleast 20km's i'd say. and when the sun is shining, and the weather is nice, and you've got your stereo going, and the windows are down, and the air is fresh... it's just amazing... so beautiful. i guess it's not really something you can take a photo of... because it involves other senses too.

Man...There was such a good sunset tonight! Kind of like oh-my-god-I-think-I'm-gonna-shit-my-pants type of sunset ;D It was so purty...With all these pinks, yellows, oranges, purples...Mmm. It was another of those moments where I didn't have a camera with me Laura! Grrr. My brother and I were out getting takeaway for dinner, and then I looked up while we were at the mall and went "WOAH!" lol. In other news fellow artisans (hah, I know that's not the right word - but it might fool some people ), the pumpkin outside my bedroom window seems to have gone missing. I think that due to all the exposure it got on Ozphoria it got a bit too famous for its own good. I had all these people calling me to request interviews or photo ops with the pumpkin, and I simply couldn't handle it all - so many! I think a deranged fan must have stolen the pumpkin in the night...Who knows where it is now, or what ended up happening to it. Some say it was getting too gross to eat as it'd been sitting out there for weeks, others say that it ended up in the big pumpkin pie in the sky...Either way, we will never forget you pumpkin Moving on, here's the real point of the post. To show you people what kind of awesome sunsets we get from my house!

smashing is an adjective, not a verb. it can be both. 'smashing' is an act (ie. to smash) and therefore a verb in that sense. Also, 'smashing' is an adjective (ie. a smashing outfit; a smashing party; "You look smashing!") - a describing word.

the third sunset was awesome josh! more pics i say...... ;D Awww, thankies Donna And to everyone else who's liked my work lol, if you could call it that. Hah, "work". I'm just on a break from photography duties at the moment, because I'm writing my last essay for Year 12! Wooo ;D After I'm finished with that you can expect to see a lot more photography in here, whether it be photos from my trips to Perth, Melbourne and Sydney or just random objects around the place that I felt like taking a photo of. Oh, and there'll also definitely be a whole lot more poetry, well I hope so anyway!

haha that's classic... i like the way your mind works Thank you I'm guessing one of the following is going on at Ozphoria: 1. There are a lot of religious people here that I've just offended; 2. No one likes me (haha ) so no one looks in my art gallery; 3. Not many people come to the Art and Musicians Forum or 4. Ozphoria's just in the middle of a bit of a quiet period at the moment. If none of them are true then where the hell is everyone?!

Pumpkins - South Park StyleA friend gave me a link to a South Park site where you can create your own South Park characters, which I thought was pretty nifty, so I decided to make the Pumpkins @ the final Metro show. I think they look pretty accurate, considering what I had to work with, and I apologise for the absence of Melissa but seriously...I don't think a South Park style Melissa can do her voluptousness justice
