not impressed too much by that, but its hard to guage, it seems so out of context. i'm with you, wasn't the biggest fan - I know this wil sound rich, but the vocals annoy me a little. Time will tell though.

Josh Homme has told Billboard that he's desperate to hit the studio with the new Queens of The Stone Age.
The ever-revolving line-up of moody stoner rockers currently includes long-serving multi-instrumentalist Troy Van Leeuwen and drummer Joey Castillo from 2002. The new touring members are bassist Michael Shuman (of Wires On Fire) and "utility man" Dean Fertita (Of Jack White's Raconteurs, and Waxwings).
Homme glowed about the line-up's live abilities and insisting that they be captured on a live album or DVD. He is also salivating about recording, saying "We're trying to figure out how to tour and how to (write and record), 'cause I think for everyone right now the idea of creating something is even more enticing than going on the road. This line-up feels like we could basically blow through a whole record quick."
While he'd love to record as soon as possible, even sneaking out a couple of EPs, Homme said that his label was reticent. An EP of 'Era Vulgaris' outtakes was previously denied. Homme opined, "Songs need to have a home. If you just record them, they've got no destination, no home."

Tasty. Goliath demolishes pretty much anything on amputechture, so heavy and funky.
