parka tells me you've seen all of season 7 of buffy. i missed last week's episode, see. the spoilers and episode guides i've found on the net suck... could you pweeeeeese tell me what happened? the episode was "get it done". i haven't watched this weeks yet either (i taped it) coz i wanna get the information in the right order  thanks vic |

Heres the recap, SPOILER WARNING for anyone who doesnt want to know.
The episode starts with Buffy walking around her house, which is full of sleeping potential slayers. She spots Chloe sitting in a corner crying, then Buffy is attacked by the first slayer (remember her from a few seasons ago?) and she pushes Buffy down the stairs before saying "Its not enough". Turns out its just a dream.
Principal Wood gives Buffy a bag which belonged to his mother, its a slayer bag of tricks. Buffy takes Wood back to her house and shows him the potentials training in the backyard. We see Kennedy being a bitch (I hate Kennedy SO MUCH). Wood has a very tense chat to Spike and we know from the week before that Spike killed Wood's mother. So much angst.
Buffy and Dawn share some sisterly banter, and then walk into a room to find Chloe hanging from the ceiling, yup, shes dead. The first rocks up and tells Buffy that its her fault that Chloe offed herself and theres no way that Buffy can save these girls. Buffy gets angry and decides to open the bag that Wood gave her.
In the bag they find some mystical doodads and Dawn reads from a book and they set up a shadow casting thingy which tells the story of the first slayer. A portal opens up in the room and Buffy jumps in, leaving a demon in her place.
The others fight the demon and it kicks their asses, and runs away. Meanwhile in the other demension Buffy meets up with the men who made the first slayer. They talk to her and then knock her out, she wakes up in a spooky cave chained to the ground.
The scary magic men tell her how they created the slayer by inserting a demons spirit into a girl, and then tell Buffy they can give her more power, but it means she will be less human. Buffy doesnt think thats a tops idea and says nuh-uh. The spooky magic men with big sticks dont listen and let the spooky mist which I assume was the spirit of a demon out of a box and it tries to get into Buffy by going up her skirt. Weird.
Buffy doesnt like that idea and she rips the chains outta the dirt and kicks the magic mens asses.
Meanwhile in Sunnydale, Spike goes after the demon because they realise that they need it to exchange to get Buffy back. Spike wears his leather jacket which we know he got from the corpse of Wood's mother. Wood asks Spike where he got the jacket and Spike replies "New York" and Wood looks nasty.
Spike kills the demon after calling it "nancy" and drags it back to Buffys house. Where Willow is working on a spell to open the portal, this spell involves sucking the energy out of Kennedy. (YAY, Kennedy is poo!) Meanwhile in the other dimension Buffy goes to kill the last magic man and he gives her a vision, she looks freaked out but then ZAP, she is back in Sunnydale.
Willow asks Kennedy if she is ok and she says yeah but she's freaked out by the scary magic. She goes to bed. Willow goes in to see Buffy, who is apparently tired and emotional after her mystical near rape by mist incident. She tells Willow that she could have become more powerful, which could have been handy because in the vision she was given by the magic dood she saw an army, MILLIONS of the UberVamps that are just busting to crawl out of the seal and into Sunnydale.
The end.

awwwwwwwwwwwww *hugs* vic... thanks so much for typing that all out for me i was pretty distraught when i realised i'd missed it... i was on a school camp of all places lol (i'm on a teaching prac at the moment...) and forgot to ask someone to tape it for me. thanks for the offer of the tape, but it's okay... that run-down was pretty good, thanks ;D |
