thirteenth step (how GOOD is it?! the noose is just beyond words) u2's greatest hits. grace - jeff buckley. *high fives* ;D I agree...The Noose just stood out from the rest of the CD and bit me in the ass and made me pay attention. To to downgrade the rest of the CD - it's pretty good too And rock on Jeff!

muse - absolution - ONE OF THE BEST ALBUMS I HAVE EVER HEARD! ITS EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER WANTED FROM A BAND! Damn, somebody beat me to it. If you haven't got Absolution already, go and get it. And while you're at it, get Origin of Symmetry and Showbiz, and Hullabaloo. And some ice cream.

And some ice cream. very interesting. i have origin of symmetry and showbiz. i like them both. and you both think that absolution is good eh? (of course i'm expecting both of you to jump on me and harrass me to buy it straight away...)

That was one of the other standouts for me. It is kind of weird to hear Maynard singing about something like that, but it's cool because it's a bit of a departure from his normal singing style Hopefully they play it live!

Metallica- Kill 'em all
It's probably taken me an entire year to really get into this album. The ripping solos and soaring riffs still sound great after 20 years. The lyrics are garbage though.

i don't see whats so good about sleepy jackson , midn you i didnt really give the cd a good listen im not a huge fan, i just felt like listening to the older EP becuase i read that Matt passed away. Matt the old member of The Sleepy Jackson, he was hit by a car 2 years ago and has been on life-support ever since. He was part of the better old skool sleepy jackson ... he will be missed.

He was part of the better old skool sleepy jackson ... he will be missed. yeah, the show on saturday night of little birdy's was dedicated to the memory of matt o'connor old school sleepies are cool, pack of nails is a quality song. that was when justin buford still had a big hand in things. but yes: nirvana - in utero (best nirvana album, reading a book related to them atm) muse - absolution (quite good, still ripping off radiohead at times) and assorted beat happening and half japanese stuffs
