Daniel Kerr can accept a 3 match ban or contest and possibly receive 5 matches for a hit on Scott West
Couldn't find a youtube, but basically Kerr walked up to West and Headbutted him with the ball (and any other player) nowhere in sight....fair headbutt actually!
With his record, it may be interesting to see which way they go.

Yeah well done Joshy ... I'll be honest and say I didn't think that WCE and Melbourne would be tied on the ladder and only separated by percentage.
I think we are following from Cartlon's past few years and tanking this season ... its so deflating every week. Oh well, prefer they are in the headlines for losing than being doped up on drugs! That being said, there are some good signs coming from some of the younger guys.

What is happening at Fremantle??
51 points up at half time, 5 goals up at the last break - Still a loss. The second biggest comeback EVER (one point off tying the record)
Entertaining match Friday i thought...tipped Carlton, but a little before the game, i was leaning towards West Coast...I'm not quite sure what to make of the Eagles at the moment, they are undermanned and won't finish second last i don't think. Cox is plaing hurt, Kerr is out for three and needs to find a way to play now that he is seemingly a lone ranger out there. Priddis also when he comes back. I was really happy to see Josh Kenney play well against Carlton, and McKinley is someone who i've been keeping track of as well....These two guys could form an awsome 1-2 forward line combo for the Eagles in the near future - As for the big Q, well.......
As for my boys, pretty happy with the result, an amazing 3rd quarter, JAson Porplyzia will need to work out how to rise another notch very soon as opposition players are going to be very wary of what he can do. He reminded me of Darren Jarman during that third quater, i think it read:
9 touches, 4 goals, 2 goal assists and 3 inside 50's - That's brilliant.
Oh and watching them match in a corporate suite with free lanb shanks, prawns, beer and wine = not too bad at all! I even make a sneaky appearance on camera for anyone with foxtel keen to watch the match!
Hawthorn...what can you say, a 10 goal last term against Collingwood. A loss will have to coem at some stage, but i really can't see them or Geelong having many hiccups before meeting each other in round 17. The Dogs also impressive winnning in Sydney - Adam Cooney will win the Brownlow.
Bad luck to Richmond, their record doesn't do them justice...

Bad luck to Richmond, their record doesn't do them justice... Yeah - that goal Moore went for in the last minute of the game was the difference between being 5th or being 12th - as it turns out he hit the post, the Tigers lost, and they are languishing in 12th with a game against ladder leaders Geelong. Got to say that Adelaide has surprised me this year - i thought they were on the slide, especially after getting rid of quite a few of there players from last year. I must say i am a big fan of Neil Craig's coaching style. It seems to be a really close competition this year and everybody is still in with a realistic chance of making the finals if they can get their shit together - just look at port, lost the first 4 games, then by round 7 they are outside the top 8 by just 5%., and one game off 5th spot.

We are playing our rivals tomorrow in a past players reunion day, going to be a big game to win.
And it's going to be 13 degrees max with chances of storms and possibly hail (although that may be more in the city) - It's rained all day today.
But - I can't wait, i love playing in the mud and the wet so i'll be in my element!

Well David Neitz has retired the doctors said there's too much of a risk to play a farewell game. I'm going to the game this week to see the demons pull off a miracle and beat the Hawks... orrrrr get smashed... i'm hoping for the first option. lol

Yeah sad way for it to end for him, he is the heart of that club.
Matt Carr retired also, with their being speculation that Josh Carr wants to return to Port, will this be a factor (assuming there is any truth in it)
I'm a happy man because it seems most young Crows from interstate are on record as saying they won't be going anywhere! Van Berlo, Reilly and now Tippett says the Gold Coast lure isn't tempting him (yet)...now for David MacKay
Simon, i haven't siad this for about 4 years, but BRING ON WEST COAST! (All my therapy post 2005/06 is now paid for)

HOT PIES!!! Was so good to see them play to their potential tonight, they've only really had glimpses of their form from last year so far. I really should have put some money on them. That's not something i've ever actually done but i did have a good feeling about this game. Hopefully they can carry on with this belief in themselves

Agh! Back into therapy i go.
We were terrible in the first half, lucky for me i had a 21st to go to so i missed the rest - Burn those red umpers, they are evil!
Interesting round so far, Fremantle once again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and Port slip up again.
I wonder if Buddy Franklin will kick 15 goals today for my dream team (or maybe 2 goals and 13 behinds?)

Not in hiding, just really busy. Got 3 assignments due in the next week. I'm totally gutted by the result and how they played, and to top it off we lost to the most disgraceful team in the league, not form or playing wise, they played really well the other night, i just fucking hate collingwood. I would have rather been thrashed by melbourne than collingwood. I hope that is not a sign of things to come. Hopefully it acts as a wake up call to them.

Wow I'm actually winning the tipping comp - now i'm really swetting over those line-ball games. Hawks or Dogs? Lions or Roos? I tipped The Mighty Dees to win this week. Hopefully the eagles, with kerr back in the team, can rattle the pies' cage. Then Queen's Birthday - my favourite day of the year, and the only blockbuster we get to take part in, aside from finals. We do have a good recent record on that day. 10 games in 100 where Miller has played to his potential - with 5 of those being this year.
God I hate to see Collingwood win.

How the hell did Goodes get off? So crazy, last week there where a few head high bumps and the AFL banned every player ... this week Goodes gets off. Is it me or do Sydney always seem to do this?

He has been bailed out more than once for sure
Happy with the game my mob played on the weekend, second half was fantastic. Hawks this week in what is probably just going to be a good indication of where we are really at. In realisy, we could drop our next seven matches. But if we are switched on, we may be able to give sides like Brisbane and Collingwood a run for their money. Port in a showdown is always a 50/50, but must pick that one up as well. It's going to be tough.
