last minute plans, but i'm now going to see Grinspoon on monday night at the Pier Hotel =) i haven't listened to them in years but i've got Best In Show on now and i remember all the singles, so it's just a matter of learning their new album (which doesn't seem that great) over the weekend.

shooting? as in bang bang you're dead? or as in lights, camera, action? i'll make sure i stay out of the firing line, just in case. shooting with a camera(gun) update on te morrissey tour (couldnt remember where all the shit had been previously posted) US dates will now precede the projected tours of New Zealand and Australia for 2009. Years of refusal now has a release date of February 23rd, which will also see the start of a lengthy US tour. New Zealand and Australia will now follow the US dates. BMG issue a redesigned and re-mastered Southpaw Grammar, and Universal issue a redesigned and re-mastered Maladjusted one week after Years of refusal. The new album is preceded by I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris as a single release. CD1 and CD2 will be supported by two new songs Because of my poor education and Shame is the name. Both songs were recorded with Jerry Finn as part of the refusal sessions, and Shame is the name features additional vocals by Chrissie Hynde.

My family brought me "Neil Young" tickets for my birthday. Was pretty damn stoked seeing as he is my all time favourite performer, singer, songwriter etc.

And Boo for neither of them coming to Adelaide. I would've loved to have seen Bon Iver. Oh well, next album hopefully, theres way too much on to travel for it. Would have been good to see Bill Callahan again too but he'll be back no doubt... does he live here now?
