I mean, I notice 18 year olds, and I'm 24. I've never seen age as a problem, as long as you get along w/the person and nobody's taking advantage of anyone. A lot of the time younger people are more fun anyway! I notice everyone... they're nearly always younger than my 24 years... but I'll never grow up.

try being 25 i hang with mostly 18-19 yr olds because most poeple i know my age are either settled down or have families and cant get away, i dont feel the age gap, they look up to me but im used to that, because of my work...

i'm 22 my partner is 43, so that is a pretty huge age gap, but it works for us, he plays guitar and draws, i sing and am a budding film making, we have lots in common and all our friends and family accept us. It might not last forever (4 years so far) but we enjoy our relationship for the now.

Wow that's a big age gap. But if it works for you then that's awesome. My current partner is 4 years older than me. We don't really notice any difference except when it comes to pop culture stuff. I.e he has terrible taste in music.

She is my age (22). It would be pretty hard having that big a gap in the future, like when retirement comes around (65 to 40). It doesnt help him that he is balding, and has had a hip replacement

lol i think that is something major you have to consider when dating someone way way older, basically you are in two different stages in life. i'm lucky cos we sorted out all that stuff, like marriage and babies early, plus my partner looks more like david duchovny then aged care home resident. but basically age gaps can work no matter how big or small and if it doesn't work you always come away with something. love rocks!
