Hey all, just wanting to share my favs here.
Favourite album is a tricky one, I guess I'm still waiting to hear Zwan and Jane's albums. I'm also still waiting to hear Audioslave and Ben Lee. Moby had a really cool album, and I thought Jebediah's was really good although some songs let it down.
As for a favourite gig well, the big day out obviously gets a mention mainly for the thrill of seeing Garbage onstage playing songs that I've been singing for about eight years.
And the Powderfinger / SFK concert at the now defunct Perth Entertainment Centre. It was Powderfinger's largest ever show which they headlined themselves and they were loving it as much as we were.

I dont feel i can honestly answer this question, since i havent had the money to buy any new CD's this year........Diorama is good, what i've heard of it. The new Audioslave album is also good, Tom Morello is a guitar prodigy.
Since i have only been to one big gig this year, Tool would have to take it. I knew it would be awesom, so i saved enough to buy a ticket.

Fave album(s): 7 Worlds Collide... some awesome performances. Gemma Hayes, "Night on my side". Cool Irish chick. Snake River Conspiracy/'Sonic Jihad".. check this band out, some canadians introduced me to them, they supported A Perfect Circle when they toured North America. I guess you could call them a more industrial version of Garbage, a la Curve? The album's got awesome covers of Lovesong by the Cure and How Soon Is Now by The Smiths. www.repriserec.com/src/Fave Gigs: Fountains of Wayne, in Washington DC, only because of the pain in the arse it was to get there. Unfortunately they only played for an hour. Tool was pretty damn good. And a few days ago I saw Michael Franti. You guys have to see it, it was one of the most fun gigs I've ever been to! Also if you love the overwhelming smell of dope....
