The Wikipedia page on James Iha has been edited and now under solo album releases the text 'Upcoming second solo album (2008)' has appeared... Could just be wishful thinking on behalf of some crafty Iha fan (seeing as he has been mentioning a second solo since 2000) or the real deal... As usual, my detectives are on the case!

I'd have to say that that recently I've only just become aware of how important James was to the sound of the Pumpkins.
I honestly think that Billy and Jimmy are great together, but James to me is the missing link.
I'm a big fan of the James solo career thus far.
To me, James would take the cock out of the rock if he was to ever re-join the current line-up, erase a little bit of that "heavy" thing that, don't get me wrong I'm loving, but in heart of hearts could not tolerate if the Zeitgeist follow was more of that.
Take a listen to any of the pumpkins albums with James present and compare it to anything Billy has done since and I really think you'll hear just how much James was the lush relief from the multiple guitar dubs.
I'm also aware that he was to work with Team Sleep on their upcomming album, which really excited me.
Love you Billy, but keen to hear what james will dish up on solo album number two.

Ok, so: Zwan... thats not 'lush', there's no 'light' there? are you kidding me?
TFE: little recognisable guitar on this anyway.
Zeitgeist: I'll give you this one.
