Further research has found that this may be broadcasted.
"Rachel hosts In The Attic, a live webcast of music and guests from Townshend's Oceanic studios in London"
Oooh, shiney.

this is on the website from rachel.. ------------------------- so, here is the link for the presale for the gig in chicago!! www.martyrspromotion2.tickets.musictoday.comhurray! Last nights gig was another stomper and i looked fabulous in my new polka dot dress,( see me and pete's shadow going to the stage above.) After the show i met Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie who were being very funny about giving people blow jobs to get on petes bus to say hi. I also got to say hello to the REAL Mike Post, and sang the entire theme from Quantum Leap for him. I think he thought i was a bit mental but was very sweet about it. I asked him how he felt about the fact that he had a song written about him by Pete with his name in the title - a feat i have not managed to achieve in our 9 years together. he was very thrilled. Jimmy Fallon was there and did a little dance for me to show how excited he was about hosting Attic Jam in NY with me on the 29th. I also had a hug with our eccentric neighbour from the neighbouring farm, E from EELS, who is also excited about playing with us tomorrow. And then guess what?? I found Katherine (Marg Hegenberger ?) from CSI LAS VEGAS in the audience, suffice to say i was straight in there. Shes gorgeous. We have a really busy day today. E is coming over to practise this morning, and then we're going to see Billy Corgan this afternoon at his studio. Then tonight i'm having dinner with a friend.Tomorrow night is going to kick ass. oh! By the way, i received a very nice email about the discord in the fan WHO camp about them not performing Its Not Enough as part of their live set. It is of course the track i wrote! (well, i wrote the music). Pete assures me that Roger wants to do it, but wants to rehearse it - so it'll happen. Love Rach x ------------- doesnt really have anything to do with the show tonight though i guess...

i'm guessing its just gonna be a little interview (at most) and then a jam with some others, no new pumpkins "So the line up for the Attic Jam on tuesday is as follows me, pete, mikey, E from eels, Billy Corgan and Minnie Driver. Its going to be a good one."

Bah! I forgot about this! I signed into the attic site, and this was there: " its 2 am, i'm pooped. The gog tonight was fucking amazing. I opened, and then Mikey, Simon, Minnie Driver, Pete, E from EELS, Billy Corgan and then me. Every guest was overwhelmingly brilliant. I can't type. I've ordered a burger and will post a full review tomorrow with a set list of the night and some pics. Met many, many real life bloggers, Rach x " Oooh, she said pics

fan review: _________________________________________________
WHAT A GREAT FUCKING SHOW TONIGHT!!!
No more than a hundred and fifty people in the venue.
Jigsaw, Just Breath, Blue, Let My Love Open the Door, The Kids are Alright, Its a Mutherfucker, Birds, Something In The Air, Blue Red and Grey, Im One&
Lots of great stories from Pete about Rachel, Roger and the best one of all was about when The Ox met Joan Osborne! What if God was one of us? By the way&I wrote that one!
When Billy was getting his shit together on stage, someone yelled we love you TOO Billy, and his reply& Well, I dont love you. We could all tell he was fibbing.
His set was amazing! Everyone was mind-blowing!!!
The show went on and on and on! And as Rachel put it&It was even longer than a Who show.
Thanks to everyone who made this one of the best nights of my life!
Special thanks to Dave and Cathy for my ticket, and a HUGE thanks to Simon for being a real down to earth and cool individual!

nice someone got there first... i wish i had given more of a shit now The NME did a report about Billy Corgan at the show. Here's the text: Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan emerged from a year out of the public eye to play a few songs at a multi-act show featuring Pete Townshend in Los Angeles last night (November 7). The star played late in the gig at the Hotel Cafe, appearing uneasy and tuning his guitar frequently. He went on to play four as-yet-untitled new songs. Early in the show, Corgan and his bandmate Jimmy Chamberlin, who are currently recording what will be their first album in seven years, stood by and watched performances by Townshend, E from Eels, Minnie Driver, Pete's brother Simon Townshend, and Pete Townshend's girlfriend and songwriting partner Rachel Fuller, who organised the show. Fuller admitted she thought Corgan was "nervous" since he hadn't played live for so long. The show was part of Fuller's 'In The Attic' series, which has featured interviews and performances by artists such as The Flaming Lips, Razorlight, The Kooks and The Zutons. Corgan provided no news about his ongoing work with the reunited Smashing Pumpkins - or whom exactly that entails - but during the show Townshend spoke favorably about the new material he had heard.

Man, I just realised Billy hasn't actually played for a year! It doesn't seem that long ago that he was on tour to me! Anyways, here is Rachel's update: OK, here goes. The gig last night was phenomenal. I opened by playing Cigarettes and Housework and then Pete joined me for Sunrise. Then Mikey performed Plasticine, i joined him for You, and Pete and Simon joined in on Misery. Then Simon played Comeback, Scaffolding and Sexchange. Minnie Driver then performed Everything in my Pocket, Sorry Baby, and Pete and I joined her for Fast as you Can. Pete then performed Greyhound Girl, Endless Wire, Blue, Red and Grey, Marty Robbins, Lets See Action and I joined him for In The Ether. Then E from EELS played a killer set, i dont know the names of some of the first songs (will find out), but performed Jeanies Diary, Flyswatter, Pete joined him for Its a Motherfucker, i then joined them for Birds, and then he and Pete finished with Let my love open the door and The kids are alright. Billy Corgan then played 4 new songs, and Pete and i joined him for Something in the Air by Thunderclap Newman, i played Kazoo, see photo. haha.I then sang Jigsaw with Pete and finished with Blue by Joni Mitchell which i dedicated to Linda McCartney. I can't really describe how special the evening was. Mikeys set was brilliant - his best yet. Simon was very energetic and jumped around a lot! Scaffolding is beautiful, and i had never heard it before. Minnie Driver kicks ass. I told her to keep at it, its difficult for actors/actresses to crossover, but she's a great artist and should be heard. Petes set was beautiful. He played the new songs with real passion. I love hearing him perform like this, stripped down, bare. The Who are of course brilliant, this is totally different - up close. E was HILARIOUS, and performed as he does. He's a genius. Billy hadnt played a live show for a long time, over a year. He was nervous - i like that, it shows real humility as an artist of his calibre. His set was mind-fuckingly brilliant and his humour dry and incredibly funny. What an evening - i felt honoured to have been part of it. RachelF.xx And zee piccy: And one from Townsend's site:

Whilst on my search for any videos of this gig (to which I have found none) I found this to give us fans some reassurance, perhaps. youtube.com/watch?v=47oPAWK1z-YThe sound is out of sync when I played it, but it is only the words that matter anyway.

The man DOES NOT age, I can't believe he's gonna be 40 in a few months time!
If Townsend likes the stuff he's heard it's gotta be pretty good...!

On the In The Attic site, they have got some previous performances with other artists from September to stream. I was just hoping they'd put this particular one up, but eh. Just more suspense
