Anyone see the one last night with Agatha Christie? Awesome. I'm finding i'm really starting to look forward to watching this every week. I think this is the reason i like it so much: David Tennant's awesomeness.

awesomeness is awesome. Jessy caught part of a Dr Who marathon on cable a little while ago and got totally hooked, but I just cant seem to get past that BBC production - and i know that is why some people like it, but I don't know, it hasn't caught me just yet.

BANE!!!
Jesse, we are the same. David Tennant got us hooked last year. He's soooo dreamy.
When they brought back Dr Who, and that first Dr back was SUCH A DOUCHE! It turned me off the show I loved as a kid, but then ... David to the rescue. Its such a great series.
Have you gotten into Torchwood too? Its the spin off with Capt Jack who appeared in Dr Who a few times. Now thats my man crush right there ... Capt Jack. Who is actually gay (in the show and in real life), so I'd have a good chance with him.

i thought i wouldn't like anyone after martha left but give her a shot, i like her plucky bogan-ness. sunky, never saw any torchwood... ch 10 didn't really give it good go did they? i've seen some captain jack in Dr Who though... i like him alot. what was the deal with him anyway? did dr who create him or did something that created him... i vaguely remember a reference to them saying something like that when he guest stars.... ps, awesome!

haha exactly! or if you touch the wrong part of the set it might all come crashing down, or that the whole mood of a scene is set by the use of a single light. It was the same with this Neil Gaiman DVD we bought, a BBC production of 'NeverWhere' the production just lets the story down, because you cant get past the lameness. But i guess with Dr. Who you know that is going to be the case and that is part of its 'charm'
