Woo, I love online shopping. I wish I could do all my shopping online (almost do, now that I think about it.)
For books, DVDs etc I use Amazon (www.amazon.com)
At the moment I'm waiting for a few t shirts from CafePress (www.cafepress.com)
For groceries (yes, I am that lazy - also you try getting groceries home on a motor bike!) I use Coles Online (www.colesonline.com.au)
For games and other geek toys I use Play Asia (www.play-asia.com/)
For offensive and geek tshirts I use Tshirt Hell (www.tshirthell.com/)
Funny and geek tshirts, Glarkware is good (www.glarkware.com)
More geek tshirts and toys another good one is Think Geek (www.thinkgeek.com/)
For cds and vinyls I use (other than ebay) EIL (www.eil.com/)
For "chick shit" make up etc I use either Adore Beauty (www.AdoreBeauty.com.au) or Strawberry net (www.strawberrynet.com)
Hmm that's all I can think of off the top of my head. There's probably more.

Colesonline you say hey ... ? ... *checks site* ... stupid Perth not available yet.
Vic you know us, we are the same. If it means we don't have to leave the house and put up with other humans in shops then we will order it.

Safeway/Woolworths has an online service as well, they might be more Perth friendly.
I've only used Coles, and it's great. They always deliver when they say they will, and they always through in a few "free samples" of new products.
