Hello there, gotta query for the tech savvy ozphorians.
My girlfriend spilt grape juice onto my laptop, primarily the keyboard.
I've sat it out in the sun to dry out to no avail, it won't turn on.
What's the next step?
It's an Asus laptop.

buy a mac.
uhhh its' probably gone. maybe take it somewhere to get looked at... was it A LOT of juice? even its just the keyboard it gets in to the whole machine... could of shorted something... could be just a montherboard replacement, but that could be just as expensive to replace than to buy a new one

the problem is the acid in the grapes from the juice. if it was apple juice it'd be fine i have no evidence for that statement

Seriously though, you'll want to google the model number and find a takeapart guide, and then use some alcohol to clean off the insides.
Alternatively, Asus's service center is on the corner of City Rd and Clarke St in Southbank.
