sorry i didn't want to take over Bree & Simon's holiday thread... if anyone is interested, there's a Melbourne Zombie Shuffle happening on saturday may 9th, how cool! www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=153611575074"Yes, it's on again! After a roaring success in 2008 (plus the place-holder party that was the Halloween Horror Shuffle) - and the blessing of Mr Zombies himself, George A. Romero! - the Melbourne Zombie Shuffle is back for another year of BRRAAAIIINNSS!! Come along dressed in your zombie finery and give the citizens of the CBD something to scream/laugh/take photos/talk about. THE ROUTE: Meet at the Carlton Gardens on the corner of Rathdowne and Victoria Streets in Carlton. Then, once the horde is assembled, we head down this path: Gardens > La Trobe > Swanston > Southbank > Crown

i might go to the zombie thing, probably will be too lazy by the time it rolls around but it'd be so cool to see what every does. i'd probably be too shy/self conscious to do it myself though as for the CD fair - will def be there. i can make up for the gold that i didn't find for Record Store day. if you want me to keep an eye out for something i'm happy to though.

For those into street art, Shepard Fairey aka Obey aka the artist that did the Zeitgeist album cover, has done some work in Hosier lane's City Lights Project
