Been listening to a lot of old Zwan shows this week. This band was solid.
So thought we could post some of our favourite clips, here is the first song from the first show. It is sad to see Billy so happy, the crowd so happy ... and then knowing what ended up happening with the group. *sigh*

From memory this video was from a VCD that was circulating back in the day, anybody still got that? My discs screwed up years ago and never bothered to look for others.

I have and will continue to say, that the epic 20+ versions of Mary Star of the Sea (not with jesus at the start) is the best thing Corgan has put his name to.

this version is closest thing i could find, not as good as you could tell there was a lot of tension... Best versions were during the Metro Residencies.
A new Poetry... another favourite
Get anything from the Blue Note Theater show in Columbus... Then get anything from the Emerson Theater Djali Zwan shows...
It's such a shame to me, Zwan could have taken a direction that was right up my alley. Epic melodic rock and greatly written acoustic stuff... Instead the album came up more cheesy pop rock and then all the shit hit the fan...

My favourite show is the Toronto Opera House, December 19, 2002.
