Just the standard version? I saw it today for about $26 at JBs, which is bad for CDs, but unreal for SD.
I'd pay a pretty big price if I needed to replace my current copy though...up to $100 if I had to. 8]

You should be able to pick it up for about $15 at most cd shops. The bigger ones like JB at least.
But online you should be able to get it (probably 2nd hand) for well under $10 (excluding p&h)

JB Hifi - $27.99 Sanity - $29.99
I'd say try eBay. I bought a US Siamese Dream a few years back for about $6.99 US.

It also depends on what Siamese Dream vinyl you're getting to. Here is the pressing information on the various versions: 1st press: Unknown pressing quantity on purple/maroon vinyl 2nd press: Unknown pressing quantity on peach/pink/light-red vinyl 3rd press: Unknown pressing quantity on orange vinyl. 4th press: Unknown pressing quantity on black vinyl. More info here: www.spfc.org/songs-releases/discog.html?discog_id=12We paid $40 for our orange vinyl, that was 8yrs ago now though. You could pick up the black and even orange vinyl for around $50ish I would say. But I remember reading that the Purple/Maroon vinyl is really rare and has gone for a $100 plus sometimes.

Do you mean the singles box? What are the extra goodies? A ripped out page from the 1996 tour itinerary with doodles from Billy on the back and some silly stuff, folded into a paper aeroplane and the used ticket obviously from the guy who scored it.

i'm confused by the SD vinyls. i understand the info on the initial four pressings that are listed on spfc.org (as sunky pointed out).
however, i seem to recall hearing about a repress in 1999 (i'm not sure what colour), and in the last few years i've seen heaps of new, sealed orange copies. i bought one from redeye in '06 for $25.98. so these are obviously not part of the original third pressing. and i'd be surprised if they were from '99 either. anyone know of any more comprehensive info?
btw, i got the purple/maroon one from au-go-go in melbourne in '99 for $65 - even at the time i thought it was a pretty sweet deal

These will get snapped up in hours I hope. Rare Records in St Kilda (www.rarerecords.com.au/home) has a couple of Siamese Dream vinyls, the BLACK USA pressing. LIMITED TO 1000 COPIES. There's not even photos of it on SPFreaks!
I was the first one to buy it from them, and i complained because it was the wrong colour, and then they told me "dude, don't complain. you don't know what you've got there, you lucky bastard."
They're still selling for $60, i suggest getting in there and nabbing them.
It's my most prized SP posession =D along with my original '91 Gish vinyl, and Machina vinyl from Hungary!

The one I have must be the 4th US pressing then. There isn't even a picture of this one on SPFreaks, and they have EVERYTHING else I've ever heard of. It's definitely black, it's definitely the US pressing. According to the trader I got it from - who talked to their own supplier when I complained that it wasn't orange - the pressing was limited to 1000. Send a message to the guys at rarerecords.com.au if you wanna find out more about it.
