At work the other night i was in the manajor's office and he had the radio tuned into ABC, you know the boring AM station... but anyway they played the start of disarm! i almost fell over!
And during the Australian open, when they cut to a break one time they played the start of Stand Inside your Love! ;D

ok this one is old. But i remember in 2001 - A Current Affair played Christmastime when they were showing Christmas lights and stuff. I remember going onto the o-board, and talking with this girl who had also saw it- her name was blue_june_destroyer or something like that. I wonder if she remembers sunk2zero ... ... hehehehe

I'm a pretty regular [v] viewer Steve, and if I hear anything I'll let everyone know. There might be something about it on the next edition of The Informer. I know it was mentioned on Triple J's music news a little while ago.

Okay. I was working on saturday and this guy came through my checkout wearing a well-worn Mellon Collie T-shirt. I had nice chat with this guy, I have no idea what his name is, but he brought the Tee when they were on tour here. My mouth basically hit the floor, yet was able to say that I am such a huge fan of them and that its a shame I didn't get to see them when they were touring.
Also that very same night, I was watching Rage at about 11:38pm and they played Perfect. Could there be a more perfect way to end the day??
My friend, Rach is in New Zealand and has found a James Iha cd, send me an sms today and is going to buy it for me.

Jesse and I saw a dude wearing a ZERO shirt at Crown last night. Also, the November issue of Guitar World has the tab for Bullet. Giddy up.

That was one of the clips that The Offspring chose to have played, since they guest programmed Rage on Sat night. I read on an offspring website from an interview back in like 1994 that Dexter was a fan.....

I, luckly enough, turned the tv on just a few seconds before it came on.

+1!!!!! How so foxy? Viephoria gave a candid insight into the pumpkins at that time in their career - plus those live versions of the awesome SD and Gish songs that we know and love...

So Foxy, did you want a Vieuphoria commentary with it's re-release?
I've never thought about that until now, it would have been great...i was just always happy to have the lost tapes.

viephoria was released in 1994 on vhs, it was still pretty easy to come across in 2002 so ALOT of people had already seen and watched over and over the footage on there. To me it was disappointment compared to 1991-2000 dvd. Both of which have similar scenarios (vieuphoira seen over and over as with the videos) but the 1991-2000 dvd had a great deal of effort put into it, interviews with the band out takes, commentry hidden stuff etc. The viephoria dvd has next to no effort put into it at all, the hidden tapes (which were cool i must say) were just thrown in there, no real navigation to get to a specific performance, and that stupid thing before the hidden tapes is very annoying. Some more band feedback/interviews rather than just the unbearable likeness of manny ( you can see why alot of the interview didnt make it onto the original video.) Realisticly the re release of something already pretty readily available (if you have a go) was very disappointing, and the didnt even jazz it up much. I dont want to sound like a cynical elitest fan, but alot of fans that would buying sp stuff since they disband releasing something like that is a bit silly.
I do appreciate the dvd for its increase in quality compared to the vhs, but i dunno it still left me disappointed especailly compared to the standard set by the 1991 - 2000 dvd...

That is a valid point foxy, i guess if the DVD had been completley new, as opposed to an upgrade from the VHS, it would have has more of an impact....
