Oh theyre always there, but everyone around me during pumpkins was listening, not trying to beat peoples heads in, which tends to happen during bands with any kind of leanings towards heaviness.

Mosh was crazy at times. Most intense out of the Adelaide & Melbourne shows for me anyway, but it was all worth it of course. Oh & all my half decent photos from the shows I attended can be found here for anyone who's interested... www.flickr.com/photos/25378651@N04/(copy & paste) I'll add them to the main flickr page during the week.

yeah it went down great too! I think that nights V fest had one of the best front of house mixes of the tour (of the shows I saw).

One downer about V fest was the security guards at the gates, sent us to different gates, back and forth to find the public entrance

i have a bit of a bone to pick with you Sunkerton!
I just read the tour blog re: Melb V. (I assume it was you that updated it - if it wasnt you I apologise for the accusation) You say that the "one reason and one reason only" that the crowd walked away happy was because of the inclusion of Zero.
I dont believe this to be the case. I think the crowd genuinely were enjoying the set, and the Pumpkins fed off it. The fact that Zero was played was a bonus - had it have been Muzzle or any other song - the crowd wouldve reacted the same way. When the chant went up for "One More Song! One More Song!" And Billy responded by pulling the band back out, everyone was euphoric. Cherub Rock was the cherry on the top of a brilliant day for fans and Pumpkins alike

yeah you are right ... I wrote the review very quickly. We are going to be putting together lengthy reviews over the weekend ... and until you mentioned it I totally forgot about the whole "One more song! One more song!" thing.
