Well...
sort of reminds me of early 90's Indecent Obsession...
I sort of like it, and sort of don't like myself for liking it at the same time. Still, it's gotta be one of the strangest band formations going around, they don't really look like they belong together.

Song is called The Dirt ... apparently it won't be on the album.

is it just me or do others detect what sounds like the incessant screaming of 12-year-old Hanson fans during this song?

Interview ... they ask James about Billy. His reaction is a nice one I think.

There are some fantastic pix of James performing and videos of pretty much EVERY performance so far added to the forums on the site I posted a while ago. You guys should check out the videos as you get a better idea of what the band is actually about (musically). Their second single is much better imho and is called Messing With My Head. It's obviously nothing like SP (no rocket science Phd needed to know that! lol) but just give it a try and you might like what you hear, or not but it's definitely worth 1 listen so you can then give educated opinions whatever way you go. www.tintedwindowsfan.com

The bands debut single has been released on amazon and itunes. It's a download only product. It's also had a fair bit of radio airtime in the USA and Australia (stations in Sydney have had it on rotation). Along with this the response has been positive. www.tintedwindowsfan.com

Well I figured out how to get Media Center to automatically record shows from the program guide the other night and the first show I had to record automatically was letterman, so you could imagine my surprise when I played it back this morning to find Tinted Windows were playing! I had no idea.
It was "ok", it's weird, a part of me says "you SHOULD like this" considering they're playing music I usually listen to anyway (and they happen to all be from bands I enjoy... apart from Hanson) but the other part of me says "nah this is just pop by numbers, nothing interesting, inoffensive drivel".
I'm torn. I'm pretty sure I like this but i'm not sure how much! hah. Who was the other dude on guitar?

I wouldn't mind hearing the album - Kind of a Girl is pretty damn catchy.
