4-4 draw with arsenal this morning. Got up to watch it and was not disappointed in the end. After being 3-1 down we drew 4-4, I was fucking cheering.

All is going a little too well for Liverpool in the EPL, you will probably knock us off

well, I woke up at 4.30 to watch the spurs game this morning and by the time I'd found a decent enough stream, spurs were down1-0 and pretty much on the ropes... While in the last 20 minutes of the first half spurs weren't really troubled defensively, there looked like there were 2/3 more red shirts on the pitch... Then after peppering our goal early in the second half the reds cracked down the other end with an Own goal that went off the back of Carragher's head and in.... Then a few minutes from time, I went totally bananas as Pav scored the winner... Great result for spurs.
Cheeky messages to all my reds friends (including a under the whether Steve K) were sent at 6.30

UNITED UNITED UNITED!!!
Looking forward to tonite's big game, Adelaide really is buzzing (or as close to buzzing as this town can be), going for a bit of a run after work, then it's off to a bar to soak it all in and enjoy the match. Can't wait!

3:0 get through extra time, then beat them in penalties that would be awesome for the atmosphere!

Hmm...we lose Galekovic and Cornthaite thru cards - Plus the way they played...dunno if i can see us keeping them scoreless. Would be an amazing effort.
Great to get this far though, no matter what goes down

Wow.
a goal in the opening 5 minutes took the excitement out of it. I was called a sook during the game, haha.
Great journey while it lasted, so proud of this team and how far it's come. Great that the whole town got behind them but extra special for the people who have always followed their progress.
Next up, the club championships at the end of the year. In a way this is the end of an era, a lot of players lke Dodd, Cassio, Diego, maybe Cassio and Ognenovski look to be maybe moving overseas....

Adelaide United losing Jason Spagnuolo - He was "our boy", a friend and i loved the guy. He wants more opportunities which is fair enough but sad to see him go all the same.
Remember his name, he will be very handy with game time next season.

He will stay with us till the end of the year, but then leave (Adelaide had him under contract for another year but released him to persure better opportunities). I'll miss his big nose and hard running The team is going to be torn up by the looks Ognenovski, Dodd and Diego all being looked at by J league clubs. Ian Fyfe is coming back to SA next season though. I'll miss his big nose and hard running

Kosmina is one of those blokes - You love him on your side, but you love to hate him when he isn't
Last nights loss may have put another nail in his coffin at Sydney, it sounds like he is falling out of favor.
Not the most entertaining match last night, but a 2-0 win and 23,000 fans into Adelaide oval - The club donated $23,000 to the Starlight foundation for this. When the Reds kicked the second goal, i couldn't believe the noise.
Christiano looked lively in the first half but really is struggling to finish. I'd love to see Vidmar start with two players up front, it just isn't working.
